 Versailles is more than a Palace surrounded with beautiful gardens. It also has a huge park where one can discover two lovely castles named Grand and Petit Trianons, former summer residences for the Kings who loved to rest and forget about the "Etiquette" of the Court. In the morning, guided visit to the State Apartments of the Palace (Hall of Mirrors, Queen's Bedroom…) and free time to take a walk in the beautiful gardens.
Short city sightseeing in the open top deck bus. Lunch (drinks included) in the park near the Grand Canal. In the afternoon, you will visit the Grand and Petit Trianon and stroll in the park up to Marie- Antoinette's Hamlet, the fancy farm where she loved to welcome her best friends and play at shepherding. In her theatre, she used to go on the stage. She certainly lived there the best hours in her life.
