Description

Each session starts with a morning class. Afterwards, you will work individually or in semi private groups "en plein air".

At Ile St. Louis, you will have the chance to paint near the famous Notre Dame Cathedral. In case of rain, you will sit in one of the many local cafe above the river and paint a cafe street scene, Notre Dame or several views of the river.

At Montmartre, you will be painting near all the local artists. In case of rain, you will sit in one of the many local cafe at the Place du Tertre and paint a cafe street scene, or Sacre Coeur.

Learn to the rules of correct composition, technique of drawing and principals of watercolour. Expand your horizon with the knowledge of contrast and similar colours, colour wheel and much more! You will be working with watercolour or ink on artist's paper. With the guiding of the artist you will chose a subject from the wide range of paintings of the French Masters or you might come up with your own idea.

In only a couple of hours you will have created your own postcard from Paris! Whatever your level this is an experience you will always remember!
