To truly capture the essence of all things French, one must indulge the senses with some of France's finest wines. During the Grand Seven tasting, your French sommelier will introduce you to the great diversity of French vineyards while tantalizing your taste buds with remarkable French wines (both red and white) and a selection of delicious French breads. You will discover new ways to observe and distinguish the unique characteristics of various wines from France's many "terroirs."
With a unique and refreshing approach, our French sommelier will teach you how to read a French label and how to navigate a wine list. You will also learn about wine techniques for appreciation and strategies for pairing food and wine. We'll go through the major French wine regions and the interesting details that make French wines unique. You will learn fun and useful tips, including how to slurp wine with class!
