 The grand tour begins at the Opera Garnier. From there, you will explore some of the most well known places of the city: the Place Vendôme (where the Hôtel Ritz Paris stands), the Avenue de l'Opera, the Comédie-Française and the Louvre. You will walk along the Seine to the Île de la Cité, and then take a guided tour of Notre Dame before a break for coffee and tea. You will then drive to Marais and take a walking tour to discover the grand mansions and the contemporary boutiques of the district. You will stop briefly at the Place des Vosges for a quick glass of wine before stopping for lunch in a typical bistro.
After lunch, you will visit the Church of Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois and cross the Île Saint-Louis to take some photos of the flying buttresses of Notre Dame. As you walk down the Left Bank, You will see the Val-de-Grâce, the Pantheon, and the Luxembourg Gardens. There will be a guided visit of Sainte Chapelle, Église Saint-Sulpice, Saint-Germain and the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts. Continue along the Seine, past the Orsay Museum, and toward the Place de la Concorde, the Church La Madeleine, Champs-Élysées, the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais, the Alexander III bridge, the Rodin Museum, Les Invalides, École Militaire, Palais Chaillot, and of course, the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Take a walking tour in Montmarte, where you will visit the Place du Tertre and Sacre Coeur. You will end the afternoon at a pâtisserie for some tea.
