 Our English speaking wine sommelier and licensed guide will pick you up at your Paris hotel or apartment rentals and you will head towards Epernay.
Your first stop will be a cellar visit at Moet et Chandon followed by a tasting of their famous cru. From there you will head to the Montagne de Reims and Hautvillers the village where Dom Perignon elaborated "blending." Visit the chapel where he is buried and have another tasting at a small local producer to discover a Rosé, Oak Matured and Blancs de Noirs.
Have lunch in Epernay at a local charming restaurant, before visiting a small producer to discover Blanc de Blancs and to taste Chardonay. Go to the Valley de la Marne to discover Pinot Meunier.
At the end of the tour you will have have a better understanding of all the grape varieties found in Champagne and their differences in taste. You will be better able when you go back home to buy what you like rather than just a label.
