 Dine in an exquisite fine dining restaurant on board a glass-topped boat cruising the River Seine while the evening lights of Paris twinkle in the background and a band and singer play music for you to dance to.
The Chef and his expert team offer a variety of a la carte dishes prepared for you on board while you enjoy the view of Paris' most famous landmarks as you gently float by.
Dinner Menu *
- Starter: Duck foie gras, with rhubarb in orange syrup and toasted gingerbread or Caucasian style smoked salmon with lemon and carrot cream or Pastry of pan-fried snails with basilic and garlic, served with crushed confit tomatoes.
- Meal: Griddled Arctic char with saffron butter, risotto and Nori leaves or pan-fried scallops in walnut breadcrumbs, vanilla sauce and braised fennel or chicken and mushroom supreme, truffed-scented potato purée or Knuckle of roast lamb, artichoke and prune fan or Pan-fried fillet of beef in a red wine sauce, with salsify and Reblochon cheese gratin or Veal steak in a herb sauce, duo of aubergines and carrots or Medley of vegetables with Parmesan cheese platter.
- Dessert: Warm half-baked chocolate cake and Get 27® (mint liqueur) sorbet Ice-cream "Cannelé" with a brown sugar wafer pencil or Creamy praline and hazelnut dessert with a salted butter caramel sauce or soft almond biscuit with violet cream and apricots or warm baked apple, served with chocolate ice cream lightly spiced with Espelette pepper
