 To give you a taste of Royal splendor, the tour will start with a guided visit of Chambord, the grandiose palace of Francois Ist. You will see its double-turn spiral staircase, designed by Leonardo da Vinci, the François Ist suite, the Chapel, the Apartments of Louis XIV and the Terraces that offer the view of many pavilions and slate roof towers as well as a magnificent panorama over the huge estate.
We then drive along the Loire towards Chenonceau for a guided visit of the "château of the Dames" followed by an optional wine tasting close to Amboise.
After lunch a guided visit of Clos Luce the last residence of Leonardo da Vinci and the gardens where the inventions of this genius are displayed. or a visit of Amboise Castle symbol of a new style of architecture: the French Renaissance.
On the way back to Chambord, François I's dream château (the largest château in France before the Palace of Versailles was built) to see Leonardo de Vinci's double spiral staircase and the exceptional top floor terrace.
Return to Paris (arrival around 19:00).
