This tour begins with a visit to the royal apartments of the Palace of Versailles and a walking tour to discover the Château de Versailles park.
You’ll enjoy lunch at “La Petite Venise.” Afterwards, you’ll be taken on a guided tour of the Petit and the Grand Trianons followed by the Queen’s Hamlet.
Return to the Castle and take time to admire the statues in the gardens and buy some souvenirs.
In addition to the usual Versailles Palace program, a special fountains show is offered on certain days. The program lets you wander around the groves and pools where the magnificent display of fountains reveals the skill and artistry of three centuries of French garden design and engineering. The display is accompanied by music from one of the famous composers from the court of Louis XIV.
